Wisescape Award Program

The Moscow Food Co-op is proud to present photo entries for the City of Moscow’s Wisecape Award Program in the Co-op deli. The opening reception is from 5 p.m. - 6.30 p.m, Friday, May 12.  Nichole Baker, City of Moscow Water Conversation Program Coordinator, will be at the reception to answer questions and discuss how to save resources when landscaping spaces big or small. The show will run through Wednesday, June 14.  Each year, the Wisescape Award Program solicits landscape nominations from homeowners, local businesses, or apartment complexes.  Wisescape began in 2008 to promote water efficient landscaping on the Palouse, and to recognize individuals who set examples for aesthetics and resource conservation.
