Woodworking for Kids

In this hands-on class, kids will learn how to safely use a hammer, drill, and saw while building their choice of a variety of wooden wonders such as their own toolbox, a birdhouse, a box for their treasures, or some other special creation! Not only do kids get to take home an awesome project they built with their own hands, they will also go home with skills they can use for a lifetime of healthy, active, and creative fun!
The instructor Carolyn Berman is a certified elementary and industrial arts instructor who has taught woodworking to people of all ages.
