To Qualify, Applicants must:

• Have lived or worked in Whitman or Latah County for at least the last year
• Live in inadequate housing (problems wit heating, structure, excessive rent/utility bills for example)
• Fulfill partnership obligations, including 300-500 hours of "sweat equity" helping build their home
• Fall within respective income category listed below
• Attend on of the applicant meetings

Meetings held in Potlatch and Moscow locations
Wednesday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m (Potlatch)
Saturday, January 28 at 10 a.m (Moscow)
Tuesday, January 31 at 6:30 p.m (Moscow)
Sunday, February 5 at 2 p.m (Potlatch)
