Yin Nidra Workshop
with Caity Placek
This class will consist of long-held yin poses that gently stretch the connective tissues in the body. The yin portion of the class is desgiend to promote body-mindfulness in combination with a steady breath. Class with conclude with Yoga nidra, a practice that carries you into a deep state of relaxation and subtle conscious awareness (otherwise known as "yoga sleep")
