Event Description:
Help your child learn to balance their mind and body while increasing strength and flexibility in our new Yoga for Kids class! Our yoga adventure will include games, stories, poses, music, and mindful practices to help kids connect with their bodies and senses. Yoga for Kids helps build confidence, coordination, and compassion while working on relaxation techniques.
No mat needed, and no experience is required to take this exciting new class!
