All Levels Yoga Workshop with Neesha Zollinger

As a group we will traverse most of the Level 1 and 2 poses! In this workshop we will grow and have fun with a focus on insight and practicing with friends, exploring asana in a fun, exciting way.  In Yoga, the goal is to show up, listen to your body, and enjoy the process - so we all win together! Start your training now!

Training, game rules, principles, foundations, and basic level 1 poses
Saturday, May 31st
10:00 - 12:30pm
Let the games begin! High energy Level 1 poses
2:00 - 4:30pm
Round 2! Level 2 poses (Full wheel/handstand at wall suggested prerequisites)
Sunday, June 1st
11:00am - 1:30pm
After Party! Continuation of Level 2 poses with a sprinkling of Level 3 poses
