DESCRIPTION:Are you curious about pressure cookers but have been afraid to try them? Do you have\n\none but don't know any good recipes to make for your family?\n\nTake the pressure off your cooking!\n\nBecky Hutchings\, UI Extension Pressure Cooking expert\, will be offering two different\n\nworkshops on the basics of pressure cooking:\n\n  Cooking Under Pressure is a hands-on class where you learn the different functions of\n\nthe pressure cooker and create a fun\, HEALTHY full course meal in class that we all\n\nsample.\n\n  Meal Prep Demonstration is Becky's newest class where you learn how to make\n\nmultiple meals from one source. She provides great recipes and tips to make your\n\nmeal prep time take less time with more results. And you will get to sample all of her\n\ncreations in class too.\n\n\n\nEverything will be provided for you in each workshop. In addition\, everyone will be entered\n\nto win an Instant Pot in a random drawing at the end of the three classes!!!!\n\n\n\nPre-registration and pre-payment are required before October 4th. To register\, stop by University of Idaho Extension.
