6th Street Repair and Closure

Beginning October 18, 2017, 6th Street will be closed from Jefferson to Van Buren.  City of Moscow crews will be installing under-drains on the 6th Street hill where water from springs in the area have saturated the base rock causing structural damage that would likely make the road difficult to maintain over the winter if not addressed this fall.

The project is estimated to be completed by October 28, 2017, during which time the section of roadway will be closed to through traffic, with occasional closures to connecting roadways as well.  Residents in the immediate area have been notified, and anyone with any specific concerns is encouraged to contact the City at 208.883.7097.
