Additional details Regarding Moscow, Idaho Construction Accident

Additional details regarding the accident that led to a fatality on a construction site on August 3, 2017 have been determined.  The victim’s name is Scott C. R. Burbank, 22 of Pullman, Washington and employee of Motley & Motley, a contractor working on the jobsite.  The investigation has determined that Burbank was driving a pneumatic roller to pack down a work area on the construction site.  The vehicle was operated over uneven terrain, ultimately becoming unstable.  Burbank was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled over.  Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is currently investigating the worksite.

The Mayor, Council and Staff of the City of Moscow offer their condolences to Mr. Burbank’s family, Motley & Motley and all affected in this tragic incident.
