Learn the appropriate knife for the task at hand and safe and efficient technique. Also learn about purchasing wine to get the best value for your dollar and how to uncork wine and serve it properly. Emphasis in this class will be on summer wines which are served well outdoors.

Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is a non-profit creativity center in Uniontown on Highway 195 in the big white barn behind the famous iron wheel fence.
