LATAH CREDIT UNION ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING AND NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

May 9, 2017 (MOSCOW, Idaho) — Members of Latah Credit Union are invited to the 2017 Annual
Meeting of Members on June 8 at 6 p.m. in the lobby of the Moscow Main Branch at 912 South
Washington. Join us for refreshments and Door Prizes. This year LCU Members will have the
opportunity to vote on four board positions. The Nominating Committee has recommended the
following incumbents for re-election: Steve Fischer, Chance Chacon, Dr. Rob Spear and Donna
Reisenauer. We want to take this time to thank our membership for their continued support and
cooperative efforts in support of Latah Credit Union.
Latah Credit Union is also pleased to welcome Don Belisle as the new Chief Financial Officer. Belisle
was previously the CFO for Malheur Federal Credit Union and began his new position at Latah
Credit Union on April 1.
Originally from Boise, Belisle received his Bachelors of Science Accountancy from Northwest
Nazarene University and his Masters of Science Accountancy from Boise State University. He brings
a background in public accounting, financial reporting, asset and liability management, and
investment portfolio management to the LCU team.
“The credit union will greatly benefit from Don’s prior financial experience, and our region will
appreciate his commitment to rural communities,” notes Lowell Stevens, President and CEO of
Latah Credit Union.
Belisle and his family, including his wife Elizabeth and their six children, have moved to Moscow
from Payette, where they shared ten acres with a menagerie of farm animals. “We look forward to
exploring the countryside and small towns of north Idaho,” says Belisle.
