Making Spanish Paella Class

As part of the CULINARY ARTS program at the Dahmen Barn, Jim Harbour, WSU School of Hospitality professor and Pullman restaurateur will teach a fun and interactive class about Spanish Paella including a brief overview of its history before the class breaks into groups to make paella and eat it while sipping wine on a lovely early summer afternoon.
