Medicare 101 Workshop

Medicare eligible community members are invited to the Genesee Community Library on
Monday, April 23 from 5:30–7:00 p.m. for an educational in‐depth workshop by SHIBA explaining
Medicare and the types of plans available.
Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) is a program provided by the Idaho Department
of Insurance with financial assistance through a grant from the Administration for Community
Living (ACL). SHIBA is Idaho's State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), a program that
helps states enhance and support a network of local staff and volunteers to assist people with
Medicare.
Pre‐registration is not required for this free and informative library program. For more
