STAR Award presented to the Idaho State Bar Annual Convention

Every quarter the Moscow Chamber of Commerce awards the STAR Award to a group that brings tourism to the Palouse.  This quarter’s Supporting Tourism and Recreation (STAR) Award goes to the Idaho State Bar Annual Convention.  Moscow attorney Tim Gresback will be accepting the award for helping to coordinate the Convention and bring it to Moscow, Idaho.
The Idaho State Bar Annual Convention was held in Moscow from Wednesday, July 12th through Friday, July 14th at the Best Western Plus University and at the University of Idaho College of Law.  The convention benefited Moscow immensely by bringing in 350 people to the city, including judges and vendors.
The Idaho State Bar is comprised of 6,000 lawyers across the state. The bar is responsible for such things as lawyer discipline and the devising and administering the bar exam.
