Third Street Gallery Brown Bag Luncheon, Making Connections: Lionel Hampton Limited Edition Posters

Join us on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Moscow City Hall in the Council Chambers starting at 12:00 p.m. for Making Connections:  Lionel Hampton and the Limited Edition Posters. This brown bag luncheon will feature speaker Doc Lynn Skinner, longtime director of the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival and good friend of Lionel Hampton. The event will include a Question and Answer time. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Coffee, ice water, and hot water will be provided.
 
Making Connections:  Lionel Hampton and the Limited Edition Posters is part of the Third Street Gallery’s newest exhibit titled: “Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Posters” which runs through Monday, February 27, 2017. The exhibit features a collection of limited edition posters from the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival; pieces from the Leila Old Historic Costume Collection; and pieces from the University of Idaho Library International Jazz Collections.
 
 
Third Street Gallery is located on the second and third floors of Moscow City Hall at 206 East Third Street Moscow, ID. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 
The Gallery will be closed on Monday, February 20th in observance of President’s Day.
