Third Street Gallery Exhibit: “Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Posters

February 6, 2017 (Moscow, Idaho) – Third Street Gallery’s newest exhibit titled: “Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Posters” begins on Thursday, February 9, 2017 and runs through Monday, February 27, 2017. The exhibit features a collection of limited edition posters from the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival; pieces from the Leila Old Historic Costume Collection; and pieces from the University of Idaho Library International Jazz Collections.
A reception will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and will feature the unveiling of the 2017 Jazz Fest Poster by Ward Hooper; a dress worn by Ella Fitzgerald; a no host bar by the Moscow Ale House; light fare; and music by The Navin Chettri Trio.
Third Street Gallery is located on the second and third floors of Moscow City Hall at 206 East Third Street Moscow, ID. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Gallery will be closed on Monday, February 20th in observance of President’s Day.
