Latah Alliance on Mental Illness (LAMI)

The Latah Alliance on Mental Illness (LAMI) is a long-standing nonprofit organization based in Moscow, Idaho, dedicated to destigmatizing mental illness and fostering inclusive, equitable communities. Established in April 1977 by concerned family members, LAMI provides critically needed support by offering a safe, family-like residential environment for up to six adults with severe and persistent mental illness?known as Alliance House. In addition, LAMI facilitates the weekly peer-led support group, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and organizes education and outreach efforts to raise awareness, combat stigma, and advocate for mental health inclusion in the broader community.
