Welcome to a world of comfy beds, fresh colors, and mid-century style at The Monarch. We are spiffing up this joint in a major way and are excited for you to experience the changes and care we are putting into our newest venture. With our combined decades in the service industry, we thrive on taking care of our customers.
The old Royal Motor Inn caught our eyes years ago. Located across the street from our restaurant, Nectar, we’d had our eye on the place for a while. Seeing such a sweet property so…so…under-realized? – is what motivated us to take over. We wanted a locally owned hotel we could recommend to friends and family.
The classic and cool mid-century style of the original roadside inn has been honored, but with some major updates. Crisp details, tasteful accents, hip fresh backdrops and amazing artwork… it’s a place authentic to Moscow, a bit elevated.
We are pleased to offer you the Monarch Motel! We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to the Palouse.
